Terms & Conditions for return / cancellations

We believe that our products are of good quality and will help you relieve your problems. However, if for any reason you find that the device is not working properly and / or not giving the expected results and you wish to return the product then please see below the quick steps to follow for the same.

  • The agent will try to help you address the problem
  • You can then return the product at our office, the address of which is provided in the ‘contact us’ page.
  • If you are an out-station customer then please courier the product to our company address.
  • Please pack the device along with all the accessories and manuals in the original pack.
  • If the product you are returning is not faulty, then please ensure that it is in perfect working order.
  • If you have asked for an exchange then a new device will be couriered to you post inspection.
  • Money will be refunded to the same payment gateway by which a customer has paid. If your mode of payment was Cash on Delivery or UPI, kindly send the bank details for return process.
  • A one-time shipping fee of ₹150 will be deducted from your refund for all returns.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable. If you are a COD customer, please note that this amount will not be refunded.
  • The charges for gift wrap are non-refundable and will be deducted as per the bill.
  • Customers are responsible for the courier charges to return the product. If you prefer us to arrange the pickup, an additional ₹350 will be deducted from your refund.
  • The courier’s receipt must be sent to us within the return period of 60 days from the delivery date. This requirement is waived if you choose us to pick up the product from your location.
  • Any damages incurred during the return shipment will be the customer’s responsibility. This condition is waived if you opt for our pickup service.
    We offer a 60-day buyback guarantee on purchases made only through our website.

Cancellation:

    If for any reason you choose to not take the product delivery when it is bought online or choose to return the product within 24 hours of buying the product from the authorised store (with the packing intact), we will consider it as cancellation. We will process this cancellation as below:

  • Upon receiving the cancellation claim by the customer, we will refund them when the device bought online is returned followed by inspecting the product and deducting the shipping expenses.
  • If the customer cancels the order at the store, then the order amount will be refunded after the product is inspected for completeness.

How long do I have to return an item?

You can return the product only within 60 working days after delivery. Please ensure that the patches / wires of the product being returned have not been damaged. If so, the return will not be accepted.

How do I cancel my order?

Cancellation can be made only within 24 hours of placing the order.

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

Only the courier charges for returning the device.

How will I receive my refund?

The money will be refunded in the same way the payment was made. We will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account if the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, We will initiate the process of refunding after we have received the product. Money will be refunded to the same payment gateway by which a customer has paid. If your mode of payment was Cash on Delivery or UPI, kindly send the bank details for return process.

When will I receive my refund?

Typically, refunds are credited into your account in 7 working days. This varies from bank to bank. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in crediting the Cardholder’s credit card account, since this falls in the purview of Cardholder’s issuing bank.
